Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for your space, and that’s completely okay. Our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with Purefall.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We kindly ask that products are packed carefully to help ensure they arrive safely during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

While we always want to help where we can, some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

These items are excluded because they cannot be restocked or resold once processed.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been carefully inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order with love and attention, but if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
